Do I Have to Be Fit to Join the Challenge?
No - whether you're looking to shift those last few stubborn kilos, drop 40kgs, or haven't exercised regularly since school sport, there is a program and intensity level for you to start at, and progress as we participate in the routines. Every person is at a different level, so the focus is on progressing you from where you are today towards where you want to be.
 
What Equipment Do I need?
There are workouts designed to add lean muscle, get healthier, and drop body fat for every environment - gym, hotel, home or park. 
 
I Have an Injury and/or Medical Condition, Will This Program Still Work for Me?
Prior to starting any physical program, you should always consult your doctor, especially if you are experiencing chronic pains or medical conditions. There are prehab and rehab exercise programs designed around common injuries and niggles such as sore knees, tight lower back, and rounded shoulders. In the resources section of the Transformation Center, you will find mobility routines for your entire body, along with corrective exercises from muscle imbalances. 
 
I'm Looking to Add Lean Muscle, Is This Program Right for Me?
Yes. Following this program and some core principles of progressive overload, nutrient timing, and creating metabolic meals will help you gain lean muscle. If you want to look like a body builder, then this program is not for you as the core focus is on getting leaner, stronger physique.
